Cancellation Policy
Greetings! We have implemented a new booking policy due to limited availability at the salon and to minimize no-shows. As a business, we value your appointments and our stylists' time. Kindly provide us with a credit card to secure your booking and avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full service charge. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
